Online Hypnotherapy to Rewire the Patterns that Keep you Stuck

Clinical hypnotherapy rooted in attachment repair and nervous system regulation. I help you transform subconscious patterns at their source, so change feels embodied, stable, and lasting.

Attachment & Relationship

Struggles with trust, fear of abandonment, emotional distance, or repeating the same relationship patterns often trace back to early attachment experiences. In attachment theory, when emotional needs are inconsistent, overwhelming, or unmet, the nervous system adapts by developing survival strategies such as hypervigilance, avoidance, or emotional dependence. These responses are not personal flaws. They are protective adaptations the mind and body learned over time.

Simply understanding these patterns rarely changes them. The ways we connect in relationships are shaped deeper in the nervous system and the subconscious, where these early emotional imprints live. Through clinical hypnotherapy, somatic work, and subconscious approaches, I help access and reorganize these patterns at their root. As the nervous system becomes more regulated, relationships begin to shift naturally.

Inner Child & Core Identity Wounds

Core identity wounds often begin early in life when emotional needs are not consistently met, understood, or validated. In response to overwhelming or unresolved experiences, parts of us can become emotionally “stuck” at the age when the experience first occurred. These early adaptations can shape the beliefs we carry about ourselves, our worth, and how safe it feels to be seen, loved, or understood.

Even when we understand these experiences intellectually, the emotional imprint often remains. Trauma and unresolved experiences are not stored only in memory but also in the body and nervous system. Through clinical hypnotherapy, somatic work, and parts-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems, I help access these younger parts so they can finally be seen, processed, and integrated.

You Don’t Have to Stay Stuck in Survival Mode

If you recognize yourself in these patterns, it may be time to work at the level where they were formed. Lasting change becomes possible when the nervous system feels safe and the subconscious is engaged with clarity and intention.

Anxiety & Stress

Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm often arise when the mind and body begin working in opposite directions. Racing thoughts, physical tension, or persistent patterns may remain even when they are understood logically.

Anxiety can also reflect internal signals that have not yet been fully processed, expressed, or integrated. When emotional experiences remain unresolved, the nervous system may stay in a heightened state of alert, creating a sense of internal pressure or disconnection between the mind and body.

Through clinical hypnotherapy and somatic approaches, this work focuses on restoring connection between the mind and body while creating a deeper sense of internal safety and stability. As this connection strengthens, anxiety begins to settle and patterns shift more naturally, allowing greater clarity and self-trust to emerge.

Weight Loss & Disordered Eating

Struggles with food are often connected to deeper emotional experiences rather than simply discipline or willpower. Patterns such as binge eating, emotional eating, or restriction can develop alongside stress, shame, or long-standing emotional pain. For some individuals, these patterns are also linked to experiences such as emotional neglect, trauma, or violations of personal boundaries, which can shape how safe it feels to be present in the body.

In many cases, eating behaviors begin as protective responses. They may offer comfort, create a sense of control, or act as a buffer against overwhelming feelings. In our work together, we look beyond the behavior itself and address the deeper emotional patterns shaping the relationship with food, including how these experiences are held in the body. As new patterns and behaviors are introduced, eating habits become more balanced and stable, leading to meaningful weight change that supports lasting, long-term results.

Nervous System Regulation

When the nervous system has been under prolonged stress or emotional overwhelm, it can remain stuck in survival states such as anxiety, hypervigilance, burnout, or emotional shutdown. Even when circumstances change, the body may continue reacting as if the threat is still present.

Regulation focuses on helping the system shift out of these patterns and return to a steadier baseline. In our work together, the focus is on restoring a sense of safety in the body while introducing practical regulation tools and habit replacement strategies that retrain the nervous system. As regulation increases, the system develops a greater capacity to handle stress and emotional intensity without moving into overwhelm or shutdown.

My Approach

My work integrates clinical hypnotherapy, trauma-informed principles, and somatic nervous system regulation. The process focuses on working with both the mind and the body, where emotional learning, habits, and trauma-related responses are formed and maintained.

Rather than relying only on insight or conversation, sessions engage deeper subconscious processes and the nervous system directly. This approach is grounded in neuroscience and the brain’s ability to change through neuroplasticity. Working with both cognitive awareness and body-based processes allows patterns held in the nervous system to be reorganized at their source.

Sessions are structured, collaborative, and guided by nervous system safety. The process is not about forcing outcomes, but about creating the conditions where deeper access and integration become possible. Through trauma-informed somatic hypnotherapy, the work supports regulation, subconscious processing, and meaningful long-term change.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Will I be conscious during hypnosis? Will I lose control?

Yes, you remain fully conscious and aware throughout the session. Hypnosis is not sleep or loss of control. What changes is your level of focus your analytical thinking becomes quieter, allowing deeper emotional and subconscious patterns to be accessed. You cannot be made to do or accept anything that goes against your values or sense of safety. Clinical hypnotherapy is a collaborative process grounded in consent and trust.

Online hypnotherapy follows the same process as in-person sessions. The work happens internally by engaging the subconscious mind and nervous system, which allows the process to be just as effective in a virtual setting.

Many clients also find it easier to relax and focus when they are in a familiar environment, which can deepen the experience.

The number of sessions varies depending on the issue being addressed, how long the pattern has been present, and your goals for the work.

Some changes can occur as soon as one session, while deeper or long-standing patterns may require additional sessions to fully shift.

During the first session we clarify your goals and determine the most effective approach moving forward.

Traditional talk therapy often focuses on insight and conscious understanding. While insight is valuable, many patterns are maintained by subconscious learning and nervous system responses. Hypnotherapy works more directly with these deeper processes, engaging both the mind and body to help reorganize patterns where they are formed.

Hypnotherapy can support change in many areas, including anxiety, stress, fears, phobias, habits, emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and self-limiting beliefs.

Because the work engages the subconscious mind and nervous system, it can also help shift automatic responses, belief systems, and behavioral patterns that influence how you experience yourself and your life.

Most people are able to experience hypnosis when they are open to the process and willing to participate. Hypnosis is not something that is done to you, but a natural state of focused attention that the mind can enter with guidance.

The role of the hypnotherapist is to help create the conditions where the mind and nervous system can settle enough to access deeper subconscious processes. Even people who believe they “can’t be hypnotized” are often able to enter this state and benefit from the work.
