Meet Sara

Welcome to a safe space. My name is Sara Omran and I am a clinical trauma informed hypnotherapist working with the subconscious mind and the body. If you are reading this, there is a good chance you have been searching for a way to shift patterns that no longer serve you. I know what it feels like to look for answers and walk away with more questions. That search is what eventually led me to this work, and it may be what brought you here too.
My Story
I have always been curious about the way people think and behave. Born in Iran and raised in Ukraine, I later spent time living in the United Kingdom and Canada, experiences that broadened my perspective and introduced me to different cultures and ways of understanding people.
That curiosity shaped the path I followed. I studied psychology, explored cognitive behavioral approaches, worked in creative fields including acting and producing, and even opened a coffee shop at one point. Each of these experiences deepened my curiosity about human behavior and the patterns we carry.
Over the years, I studied a range of approaches to understanding the mind and body, including Internal Family Systems, somatic work, EMDR, NLP, EFT, Reiki healing, and other integrative modalities. Throughout all of it, I kept searching for what truly creates lasting change.

Inspiration Into Action
Hypnotherapy was the answer I did not expect. Not because of what it does to the mind, but because of where it works. Your conscious mind is only a small part of how we operate. Most of our habits, beliefs, and automatic responses are shaped outside conscious awareness, in the subconscious and in the body.
Modern neuroscience and research on neuroplasticity show that the brain is capable of forming new patterns throughout life. Hypnotherapy works with this natural ability by helping access the deeper systems where those patterns are formed. Most people who find me have already spent years trying to think their way out of patterns that have deeper roots.
Hypnotherapy allows us to work directly with those roots so meaningful and lasting change can happen.
My Philosophy
My work is guided by the belief that meaningful change happens when insight, nervous system safety, and subconscious integration come together. Rather than focusing solely on surface behaviors, I approach each client’s process with curiosity, structure, and respect for their individual pace of transformation.
What Drives Me
Many of the patterns shaping our lives were formed long before we had the ability to understand them, and over time they can begin to run on autopilot. I’m driven by helping people recognize and work with these deeper patterns so change happens where it actually begins, allowing them to move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
How I Show Up
I approach each session with presence, structure, and deep respect for every client’s process. A central part of my work is helping people feel genuinely seen and understood, while also bringing clarity to patterns that may be difficult to recognize from the inside. By combining clinical hypnotherapy with subconscious and somatic approaches, we can work with these patterns at their root.
Who I Connect With
I often work with people who have already done significant personal growth yet still feel something remains unresolved. Many are thoughtful and self-aware, seeking deeper change rather than temporary relief. Together we focus on addressing the underlying patterns shaping their lives so growth becomes stable, embodied, and sustainable.
Credentials& Certifications
My training spans clinical hypnotherapy, subconscious pattern work, and trauma-informed approaches to emotional and behavioral change. With a background in psychology and over 1,000 hours of client sessions, my work integrates both psychological insight and body-based methods to address patterns at their root.
Training
My foundational training is in clinical hypnotherapy and subconscious pattern work, supported by a background in psychology and ongoing study of trauma-informed approaches to emotional regulation and behavioral change.
My studies also include Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), dream psychology, and somatic EMDR-informed approaches, which explore how emotional experiences are processed and stored in the nervous system.
I have also completed Reiki training at the Master level, which expanded my understanding of how emotional patterns and stress responses can manifest in the body.
Together, these areas of study provide a framework for understanding both the psychological and physiological aspects of personal change.

Tools
The methods I use are designed to access patterns that often operate beneath conscious awareness.
Clinical hypnotherapy allows focused work with subconscious processes and deeply ingrained behavioral patterns.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) provides a way to work with the different internal parts that often carry protective roles, emotional memories, or unresolved experiences.
Somatic and EMDR-informed techniques support the processing of experiences that may be stored within the body and nervous system.
NLP and EFT address the relationship between language, emotional responses, and nervous system regulation.
These tools are integrated thoughtfully depending on each client’s goals and needs.
Certifications
I hold professional certifications through the American Hypnosis Association, the International Coaching Federation, and ThetaHealing.
These certifications reflect formal training in clinical hypnotherapy, coaching methodologies, and subconscious-focused approaches to personal change.
Each certification represents a structured education in different frameworks that support subconscious work, behavioral transformation, and emotional regulation.|
Credentials
I have conducted more than 1,000 hours of client sessions, working with individuals on concerns such as anxiety, addictions, weight-related challenges, relational patterns, identity-related work, limiting beliefs, trauma responses, and nervous system regulation.
This work also includes supporting individuals who have experienced physical, emotional, or sexual trauma, as well as patterns of shame that can influence self-perception, relationships, and behavioral habits.
My clients come from diverse personal and professional backgrounds, and I work fluently in English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Farsi, allowing me to support individuals across different cultural contexts.
My practice is fully remote, enabling me to work with clients throughout the country and internationally through secure online sessions.
Begin the Work That Creates Real Change
Real transformation begins when subconscious patterns are understood and the nervous system feels safe enough to change. If you are ready to explore deeper work and create meaningful internal shifts, this process can support your next stage of growth.

“Sara is a brilliant listener. She’s insightful and intuitive. You can tell by the questions that she asks and her responses that she speaks from her heart. Sara’s passion for this work is evident in her energy and enthusiasm. The healing and understanding I gained from working with her has been life changing. Her style of working together quickly formed a bond of trust allowing me to share deeply shortly after we began our sessions. Sara “get’s it” and I felt seen and heard from our initial conversation. Sara is for sure a blessing in my life.”

“Sara consistently impressed me with her professionalism and compassion. She’s someone who really listens, remains non-judgemental, and adjusts her process to suit each client.
Sara has a true talent for this work that is as much care as technique, as much art as science. Put simply, Sara is a healer, and a healer worth seeking out.”
Conor Fallen Bailey
“Working with Sara was transformational and incredibly healing. She helped me to resolve some patterns in my life that were keeping me stuck related to childhood trauma and changing unwanted habits. She made me feel safe to explore parts of myself that I did not know even existed. She was always open, kind, and accepting of what came through in our sessions which really helped me to heal and release what no longer served me. This resulted in me being able to change my eating habits, increase my self esteem, and to be more disciplined in my exercise routines without unnecessary pressure. Over the last year, I have gotten stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally and the childhood trauma does not affect me as much anymore. I give a lot of that credit to Sara and the work we did together. Thank you so much for being part of my healing journey. Hugs, Emily.”
